Growth in Social Media activities is simply unimaginable! Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc are just sweeping the branding market.
I have been asked several times to write about social media strategy for organizations that are interested in starting social media activities. I recommend that instead of a strategy, it would be nice to have a social media manual. Following is a simple outline of points that need focusing in a social media manual.
